采用不同的ZrO(OH) 2 前驱体制备了WO3 ZrO2 和Pt/WO3 ZrO2 催化剂 .结果表明 ,与常规的ZrO(OH) 2 水凝胶为前驱体制备的WO3 ZrO2 CP催化剂相比 ,以常压流动氮气中干燥处理的ZrO(OH) 2 乙醇凝胶为前驱体制备的WO3 ZrO2 AN催化剂对正庚烷临氢异构化反应具有更高的催化活性 .当在WO3 ZrO2 AN中添加少量Pt时 ,其催化活性和稳定性均得到显著提高 .表明以ZrO(OH) 2 醇凝胶为前驱体可以制备出高效稳定的Pt/WO3 ZrO2 AN催化剂 .
WO3 ZrO2 and Pt / WO3 ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by using different precursors of ZrO (OH) 2.The results show that compared with WO3 ZrO2 CP catalysts prepared by conventional ZrO (OH) 2 hydrogels, The catalytic activity of WO3 ZrO2 AN prepared by drying ZrO (OH) 2 ethanol gel in mobile nitrogen as precursor was higher than that of n-heptane hydroisomerization.When a small amount of Pt was added in WO3 ZrO2 AN , The catalytic activity and stability of the catalyst were significantly improved, which indicated that Pt / WO3 ZrO2 AN catalyst with high stability and stability could be prepared by using ZrO (OH) 2 alcohol as precursor.
