进气压力传感器应用在D型EFI汽油喷射系统中,是D型汽油喷射系统中的重要检测元件,其测量精度对与发动机喷油量及点火时机有着重要影响。目前,国内此类产品的测量精度大多在5~10%,已不能满足一些高性能汽车的需求。本文基于各类气体压力传感器的测量原理及工作状况,深入分析影响传感器测量精度的各种因素,并得出:解决好温度补偿问题对提高进气压力传感器的测量精度有着关键性的作用。
The intake pressure sensor used in the D EFI gasoline injection system is an important detection element in the D-type gasoline injection system. Its measurement accuracy has an important influence on the engine fuel injection quantity and ignition timing. At present, the measurement accuracy of such products in China mostly ranges from 5% to 10%, which can no longer meet the demand of some high-performance vehicles. Based on the measurement principles and working conditions of various types of gas pressure sensors, the paper deeply analyzes various factors that affect the measurement accuracy of the sensors and concludes that solving the temperature compensation problem is crucial to improve the measurement accuracy of the intake pressure sensor.
