在教学过程中,针对地方铁路SS4型机车检修班学员提出的DK一1型制动机均衡风缸回风以及制动缸压力与列车管减压量对应比例出现偏差,制动缸压力比正常值偏低两种制动过程中的故障现象,通过理论知识的引导,分析、判断出故障原因,提出处理措施和建议。希望在以后的工作中遇到同样的故障时能迅速判断出故障处所,及时处理,保证安全生产。
