一株人肺燕麦细胞癌成功地移植到BALB/CA/JCL品系裸小鼠皮下生长并连续传代。电镜跟踪观察显示,传代早期移植瘤较好地保持了来源瘤的超微结构基本特征,最典型的结构是在移植瘤细胞胞浆中出现以成堆分布为主的神经分泌型颗粒。但是在第十八代移植瘤的细胞间隙以及胞浆中小胞和内质网小池内查见到C型病毒颗粒。神经分泌型颗粒与成熟的C型病毒在电镜下形态相似,即都有外膜、透明带和致密内核,粒径在100nm左右。但两者还是有细微差别:首先是粒径范围不尽一致。其次是分布区域有所不同。此外,裸小鼠内源性C型病毒活化、侵染人癌移植瘤尚有其它特异性形态表现。本文还探讨了人肺燕麦细胞癌激活C型病毒的可能机理。
A human lung cancer cell line was successfully transplanted into the subcutaneous growth of BALB/CA/JCL strain nude mice and serially passaged. Observation by electron microscopy showed that the early transplanted tumors maintained the ultrastructural characteristics of the source tumors. The most typical structure was the appearance of a cluster of neurosecretory particles in the cytoplasm of the transplanted tumor cells. However, C-type virus particles were found in the intercellular space of the eighteenth-generation xenograft and in the cytoplasmic small cell and endoplasmic reticulum. Neurosecretory granules and mature type C viruses are similar in morphology under electron microscopy, that is, they have outer membrane, zona pellucida, and dense inner core. The particle size is about 100 nm. However, there are still slight differences between the two: First, the particle size range is not consistent. The second is that the distribution area is different. In addition, there are other specific morphological manifestations of the activation of endogenous C virus in nude mice and invasion of human cancer. This article also explored the possible mechanism of activation of type C virus in human lung oat cell carcinoma.
