用化学发光法检测粒细胞吞噬功能具有灵敏、准确、快速和用样品量少等优点。在加入 luminol 增强发光后,用发光仪监测,灵敏度可以达到用液闪计数器测量的同等水平(粒细胞悬液浓度10~5/ml 或更低些),测定样品体积可降到1ml 左右,而且其突出的优点是可以在生理温度(37℃)下恒温测定,操作方便,不必作避光处理,既可应用于粒细胞吞噬功能的机理研究,也可应用于临床监测,对烧伤病人粒细胞吞噬功能的化学发光测定所得初步结果,显示了这一方法的应用潜力。
