本实验发现Co2 + 与H2 O2 反应生成羟自由基的产率比Fenton试剂的高 10 0倍以上。采用水杨基荧光酮 (salicylfluorone ,SAF) Co H2 O2 荧光法测定羟自由基的新体系 ,激发波长和发射波长为 5 10nm和 5 0 0nm ,测定体系在反应前后的荧光变化 ,可间接测定羟自由基产生量。此法不需昂贵的仪器设备 ,方法灵敏 ,操作简单易行。清除率实验及ESR波谱法检测证明了该方法的准确可靠 ,对于医用筛选抗羟自由基药物及抗羟自由基机理研究等方面具有应用价值
The experiment found that the reaction of Co2 + and H2 O2 to generate hydroxyl radical is more than 100 times higher than that of Fenton reagent. A new system for the determination of hydroxyl radicals by salicylic fluorone (SAF) Co H 2 O 2 fluorescence was developed. The excitation and emission wavelengths were 510nm and 500nm. Fluorescence changes of the system before and after the reaction were measured. Free radical production. This method does not require expensive equipment, sensitive method, easy to operate. The clearance rate experiment and ESR spectroscopy test proved the method is accurate and reliable, which has the application value in the medical screening of anti-hydroxyl radical drugs and anti-hydroxyl radical mechanism
