针对肠溶性胶囊壳生产线控制系统中胶液粘度控制的自动化水平低、控制精度差等问题,采用模糊控制思想,将粘度偏差值作为决策变量。分段调用不同PLC程序用以控制电磁阀的不同通断频率、开通时长以及温度设定值等,并将各参数存储于PLC寄存器,使其值通过触摸屏可灵活调节,以适应不同胶液原料的粘度控制要求。该方法已在生产线中成功应用,结果表明,其具有动态响应快,超调量小等优点。
In view of the problems of low automation level and poor control precision of the viscosity control of the glue in the control system of the enteric-coated capsule shell, the fuzzy control idea is adopted and the viscosity deviation value is taken as the decision variable. Different PLC programs are used to call different PLC programs to control different on-off frequency, opening time and temperature setting value of the solenoid valve, and store the parameters in the PLC register so that the values can be flexibly adjusted through the touch screen to adapt to different glue materials Viscosity control requirements. The method has been successfully applied in the production line, the results show that it has the advantages of fast dynamic response, small overshoot.
