用免疫组化的方法对13例NHL新鲜淋巴结作了多参数分析。结果发现:①13例NHL中T细胞性占7例,其中3例为多形T,6例B细胞性淋巴瘤均属滤泡中心细胞来源。②本实验从附一院随机获得的10例NHL中T占40%,同苏州市、无锡市10年回顾性材料一致。其发病特点与日本西南部有一定相似之处。③Et在T细胞性NHL为58～90%,在所有T细胞性和1例B细胞性NHL均阳性,ACP在1例多形T阳性,说明应用免疫组化指标必须是综合分析。④ZC_3花环寸代替EAC花环作为B细胞性NHL的标记。
13 cases of NHL lymph nodes were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that: ①13 cases of NHL T cell in 7 cases, of which 3 cases were polymorphic T, 6 cases of B cell lymphoma are the source of follicular center cells. ② In this study, 10 cases of NHL were randomly selected from a hospital attached to T accounted for 40%, with Suzhou City, Wuxi City, 10-year retrospective material. The incidence of features and southwestern Japan have some similarities. ③Et in T cell NHL 58 ~ 90%, in all T cell and 1 case of B cell NHL were positive, ACP in 1 case of polymorphism T positive, indicating the application of immunohistochemical indicators must be a comprehensive analysis. ④ ZC_3 garland inch instead of EAC garland as a marker of B cell NHL.
