据“Metallography“1987,№2报道:用扫描电镜对Al—Si合金进行金相检验时,使用腐蚀剂的目的是为了腐蚀a(Al)固溶体或合金中的硅相,以便观察未腐蚀相的结晶形貌和分布状态。由于这种合金的机械性能是由α相基体中Si相的尺寸、形状和分布状态决定的。所以,一些学者研究出了几种腐蚀剂,用来显示Si相的形貌和分布状态。
