目的探究Bmi-1在乳腺癌组织中表达及其临床意义。方法采集60例乳腺癌和癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测Bmi-1的蛋白表达水平和组织定位,再用配对T检验进行统计分析,比较癌和癌旁的表达差异。结果 Bmi-1主要定位于细胞核,其表达水平在癌组织中显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Bmi-1表达水平在浸润性导管癌和其他病理类型的乳腺癌组织中无显著差异(P>0.05);在肿瘤组织<2 cm和≥2 cm的乳腺癌组织中亦无统计学差异(P>0.05);有淋巴结转移组的Bmi-1表达水平则显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论 Bmi-1在乳腺癌组织中高表达,其表达水平与病理类型和肿瘤大小无关,但是与淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To explore the expression of Bmi-1 in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods 60 cases of breast cancer and paracancerous tissues were collected. Bmi-1 protein expression and tissue localization were detected by immunohistochemistry. Paired T-test was used for statistical analysis. The expression of cancer and adjacent tissues was compared. Results Bmi-1 was mainly localized in the nucleus, and its expression level was significantly higher in cancer tissue than in adjacent tissues (P<0.05); Bmi-1 expression level was not significantly different between invasive ductal carcinoma and other pathological types of breast cancer. (P>0.05); There was no significant difference in tumor tissue <2 cm and ≥2 cm in breast cancer (P>0.05); Bmi-1 expression in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in no lymph node metastasis group. (P<0.05). Conclusion Bmi-1 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues. The expression level of Bmi-1 has nothing to do with pathological type and tumor size, but is related to lymph node metastasis.
