21世纪是知识经济的世纪,更是高素质人才竞争的世纪。企业的成长乃至国家竞争力的增强,也都必将更加依赖于知识和掌握知识的人力资源。培训,从某种意义上说,是企业组织效益提高的重要过程,也将成为决定企业兴衰成败的关键所在。本文从理论探讨及实践运用方面出发,分析商业化转型中资产管理公司员工的特点、期望及目前公司培训中存在的问题,以目前公司正处于转型关键时期,对新业务、新知识的巨大需求为契机,提出了转型中资产管理公司员工的培训体系建立的思路及步骤,以期对目前正在转型中的资产管理公司员工培训提供一种参考和借鉴。
The 21st century is the century of knowledge-based economy and the century of high-quality talent competition. The growth of enterprises and even the enhancement of national competitiveness will also depend more on human resources of knowledge and knowledge. Training, in a sense, is an important process for improving the efficiency of an enterprise organization and will also be the key to determining the success or failure of an enterprise.
