妊娠中毒症属高危妊娠,如合并心力衰竭则病情更为险恶。本文将我院收治的3例报告如下。例1 丁某,25岁。第一胎。因孕40周,头晕、咳嗽、全身浮肿、呼吸急促,于1983年9月4日急症入院。既往无心脏病史。检查:端坐张口呼吸,唇指发绀。血压180/130,心率140次,呼吸44次。高度浮肿。尿液比重1.010。尿蛋白(+++)。血电解质及二氧碳结合力正常。心界向定扩大,心前区可闻Ⅲ级吹风样收缩期杂音,舒张期奔马律。双侧肺底可闻湿性罗音,无体静脉淤血体征。心电图:窦性心动过 Pregnancy poisoning is a high-risk pregnancy, such as heart failure is more dangerous condition.
