对浮选回路配置及参数优化的前人工作作了评述。本文根据问题的表达和解决策略,将其分为两组,两组中均引用结构参数方法来描述回路配置的选择,若不谨慎,该方法会引起包括复杂回路配置求解的失误。第一组的作者们找到了一种在直接寻优方法中处理非线性问题的有效途径,随后的工作表明,他们似乎克服了关于配置复杂性的早期问题。第二组的作者们采用两步优化法处理非线性问题,即先确定最佳配置,再确定组分流。然而由于未考虑单组分及产物品位,其配置的最佳性值得怀疑。此外,关于浮选槽的分选性能是否能在该过程中得以精确描述还是个疑问。
The previous work on flotation circuit configuration and parameter optimization was reviewed. This paper divides the problem into two groups according to the expression and solution strategy of the problem. Both of them refer to the structural parameter method to describe the choice of the loop configuration. If not careful, this method will lead to the error including the complex circuit configuration solution. The authors of the first group found an effective way to deal with non-linear problems in the direct search method, and the ensuing work showed that they seemed to have overcome the early problems of configuration complexity. The authors of the second group used a two-step optimization approach to solve the nonlinear problem, namely, to determine the best configuration and then to determine the component flow. However, the optimality of the configuration is questionable due to the unavailability of single components and product grades. In addition, the flotation cell sorting performance can be accurately described in the process is still questionable.
