混凝土砌块成型机是一种模制密实成型干硬性混凝土的复杂专用设备。在一个成型循环过程中,包括混凝土拌和物充实模具、振动密实、块材坯体脱模,整个过程必须自动化。图1系砌块成型机密实系统的原理示意。通过冲击振动产生的超强动力,对干硬性混凝土拌和物产生密实作用;振动系统为同步对置、旋转产生不平衡波的正弦振荡运动方式,称为四波源振动器。图2说明这种振动器的工作原理,激振块的旋转速度在1800转~4200转之间;密实装置的部件之间可能发生相对运动、对振动台面产生冲击,使振动脉冲波被“导入”混凝土拌和物中,进而获得密实效果。在砌块成型机运行中,所产生振动波的运动函数是随机的。根据不平衡波的旋转速度,振动加速度最大可达到2500ms-2,因此在砌块成型机的密实系统、底座和基础上,引起的动态应力分布构成一种独特的工况。这对混凝土砌块成型机的设计、制造产生非常高的要求。文献1综述了混凝土砌块的生产成型过程。
Concrete block molding machine is a kind of complicated and special equipment for molding solidified concrete.
