一、冲天炉的简单结构和各部分的作用。现代冲天炉的结构如图所示。它主要由下列几部分组成。 1.炉身,自炉底到加料口为炉身部分。外壳用钢板卷焊而成,内部通常用耐火粘土砖砌筑,然后再打上一层耐火散料(石英砂、耐火粘土等)。炉身的下部有一个钢板焊成的风带,并开设一排或多排风口通向炉内,风口大小按风口总面积占炉膛截面积的2~10%不等。面积最大的一排风口,称主风口。其它各排为辅助风口,主风口的面积一般占全部风口面积的50~80%。风口各排间的距离称为排距。
