目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者的营养状况对机体免疫和通气功能的影响。方法 将 26例 COPD患者分为轻度及重度营养不良两组,对比分析其免疫、肺功能及血气情况。结果 动脉血二氧化碳分压、第 1秒用力呼气量及用力肺活量百分比两组之间在显著性差异。结论 加强 COPD患者的营养状况可改善其预后。
Objective To investigate the effects of nutritional status on immune and ventilatory function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Twenty-six COPD patients were divided into mild and severe malnutrition groups, and their immune, pulmonary function and blood gas were compared. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide, forced expiratory volume in 1 second, and forced vital capacity. Conclusion Enhancing the nutritional status of COPD patients may improve their prognosis.
