对“黄河流域黄土高原水土保持分区图”进行修改。新的分区考虑了人文因素对水土流失及其治理措施配置的影响，将人口密度作为主导因子之一，对黄土高原、丘陵水蚀区进行了二级分区。
On “Loess Plateau Yellow River Basin Soil and Water Conservation zoning map” be amended. The new zoning considers the influence of human factors on the soil and water loss and the allocation of its governance measures. Taking the population density as one of the dominant factors, the water division of the Loess Plateau and the hilly area is divided into two levels.
