采用乳液聚合及酯交换方法合成了纳米聚(二乙烯苯-甲基丙烯酸十八酯)油溶性降黏剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和透射电子显微镜对其进行表征,并测定其对大庆稠油和胜利稠油的降黏效果。结果表明,该合成聚合物为粒径165nm左右的纳米小球。在温度40℃、最佳加入量条件下,该降黏剂对大庆稠油的表观降黏率为72.92%,净降黏率为49.91%;对胜利稠油的表观降黏率为80.29%,净降黏率为48.54%,均优于市售乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降黏剂。该降黏剂是一种降黏效果较好的通用型降黏剂。
The nano-poly (divinyl benzene-octadecyl methacrylate) oil-soluble viscosity reducer was synthesized by emulsion polymerization and transesterification. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the viscosity reduction effect on Daqing heavy oil and Shengli heavy oil. The results showed that the synthesized polymer was nanosphere with particle size about 165nm. The apparent viscosity-reducing rate of Dajiang heavy oil was 72.92% and the net viscosity-reducing rate was 49.91% under the optimal temperature of 40 ℃. The apparent viscosity-reducing rate of Shengli heavy oil was 80.29 %, The net viscosity reduction rate of 48.54%, are better than the commercially available ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer viscosity reducer. The viscosity reducer is a kind of viscosity reducing effect better universal viscosity reducer.
