本文介绍了钇基重稀土球铁芯型电焊条及冷焊焊补工艺的研究结果。着重探讨了球铁焊芯的化学成分、熔铸和修整工艺及电焊条药皮的配方。研究结果表明:球铁芯型电焊条具有优良的焊接性能,焊条可用机器压敷,成本较低。文中还分析了冷焊对焊缝的显微组织及对裂缝的影响。研究指出,采用研究的焊条进行连续冷焊焊后缓冷的工艺,焊缝球化稳定,基体仅有少量渗碳体,焊缝有较好的抗裂性和加工性。研究的焊条已在生产中进行试用,效果良好。
This paper introduces the results of yttrium-based heavy rare earth ball-core welding electrodes and cold welding welding process. Focusing on the chemical composition of the ductile iron core, casting and trimming process and the formulation of the electrode coating. The results show that: the ball core type electrode has excellent welding performance, the electrode can be used machine compaction, the cost is lower. The article also analyzes the microstructure of cold weld on the weld and the impact on the crack. The research indicates that the slow cooling process after continuous cold welding is adopted by the research electrode, the weld is spheroidized and stable, the matrix has only a small amount of cementite, and the weld has good crack resistance and processability. The electrode under study has been tested in production and works well.
