用C组的CⅠ和CⅢ亚组不育胞质的5个不育系和2个恢复系为材料,以17个涉及第9染色体和不同染色体臂的糯粒易位系为工具,测定了恢复主基因在染色体上的位置。试验结果表明,恢复系A619和广102携带1对恢复主基因,位于第7染色体长臂外端,与易位系T79a的断点连锁,它能恢复CⅠ和CⅢ亚组胞质不育的花粉育性。还讨论了C组不同亚组胞质不育的恢复性反应和恢复性遗传的复杂性。
Five CMS lines and two restorer lines of CⅠ and CⅢ subgroups of C group were used as materials and 17 waxy grain translocation lines involving chromosome 9 and different chromosome arms were used as tools to measure the recovery The location of the major gene on the chromosome.
