21—4N材质气门车削性能较差,用YW类硬质合金刀头加工,与加工4Cr9Si2材质相比,效率低,刀具消耗量大,废品率高,从而给大批量生产带来一定困难。最近,我们对气门盘部端面采用了磨削加工,收到了较好的效果。 在M7475磨床上采用立式装夹(如图示)。磁盘上面加一底盘1,其上可安装九个夹具体2,每个夹具体上装夹八只气门,所以一次可磨削七十二只气门。以气门小端面定位,定位螺栓4可调整高低,调好后用锁母3紧固。气门杆部外圆紧贴住Ⅴ型块11,Ⅴ型面对夹具体2的垂直度将保证磨削后的气门盘部锥面对气门杆部的跳动量。凸轮手柄8通过垫圈7、压板6以及装在压板槽里摆块5压紧气门。摆块与气门之间的间隙由螺母12调整。当凸轮手柄松开以后,为了使摆块5脱开气门,在拉杆13上可加一弹簧。
