目的研究昆明山海棠染毒对大鼠睾丸功能相关酶的影响。方法 80只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组及5.0、10.0和20.0 g/kg 3个染毒组,连续灌胃3个月。于染毒1个月、2个月、3个月,测定睾丸酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH-X)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和ATP酶(ATPase)活性。结果昆明山海棠染毒后,大鼠睾丸ALP、LDH活性升高,LDH-X、SDH活性降低,ACP和ATPase活性先降低后升高。结论昆明山海棠可导致大鼠睾丸功能相关酶活性明显异常。
Objective To study the effect of Begonia Kunming on testicular function-related enzymes in rats.
