借助长期轮作肥料定位试验资料,系统研究了施肥对小麦籽粒粗蛋白质、蛋白质氨基酸的含量和产量的影响,结果表明,氮钾肥是增加小麦籽粒蛋白质及氨基酸含量的重要营养因子。施肥处理对氨基酸含量和产量的影响大于对必需氨基酸总量及产量的影响。还探讨了施肥与小麦籽粒氮磷钾含量以及面筋、沉淀值、淀粉含量的关系。
The effects of fertilization on the contents of crude protein, protein and amino acids in wheat grain were systematically studied with long-term fertilization experiment data. The results showed that nitrogen and potassium fertilizers were important nutrition factors to increase the protein and amino acid content of wheat grain. The effect of fertilization on amino acid content and yield was greater than that on the total amount of essential amino acids and yield. The relationship between fertilization and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents, gluten, sedimentation value and starch content in wheat grains was also discussed.
