本文采用文献资料法、实验法、数据统计等方法对HIIT(高强度间歇性训练)作为九年级体育课素质练习的效果进行了研究。结果表明:在九年级体育教学中,教师根据学生运动技能水平和心理特点,把HIIT训练纳入到素质练习中,与传统的素质练习相比,HIIT实验组的身体素质和体育中考成绩的极高幅度具有显著性差异。
In this paper, HIIT (High Intensity Intermittent Training) as a ninth grade physical education quality exercises were studied by means of literature, experimental methods, data statistics and other methods. The results showed that in the ninth grade physical education, the teachers included the HIIT training into the quality practice according to the students’ skill level and psychological characteristics. Compared with the traditional quality practice, the HIIT test group’s physical quality and PE test scores were very high The magnitude has significant difference.
