通过水培试验,对JB80(建白80)、KY17、KY14、KY10、Va509、B21(白肋21)等6个白肋烟品种.在不同供氮水平下的生长状况和对主要养分的吸收能力进行了研究。结果表明.白肋烟品种对氮素的生长响应,以及对氮、磷、钾的吸收与分配能力在不同供氮水平下存在着很大的差异。高氮条件下,白肋烟各品种长势较强,烟株中的含氮量和对氮素的吸收量也最高。其中JB80、KY17的生长势最强,但各品种对磷、钾吸收全都有所降低。在中氮水平下(15mmolN/L),各品种对磷、钾的吸收量较高,内在品质协调。低氮白肋烟各品种的生长状况差异显著,但随着供氮水平的提高生长差异逐渐减弱。JB80、KY17对氮素的亲和力较强,B21则必须在高氨条件下才能正常生长。
Six varieties of burley tobacco such as JB80 (Jianbai 80), KY17, KY14, KY10, Va509 and B21 (Beilian 21) were obtained through hydroponics experiment. The growth status under different levels of nitrogen supply and the absorption capacity of main nutrients were studied. The results show. The response of Burley varieties to nitrogen growth and their ability to absorb, distribute and distribute nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium varied widely among different nitrogen levels. Under high nitrogen conditions, the variety of Burley tobacco grows stronger, the nitrogen content in tobacco plants and the absorption of nitrogen are the highest. Among them, JB80 and KY17 had the strongest growth potential, but all kinds of phosphorus and potassium absorption decreased. Under medium nitrogen level (15 mmol N / L), the uptake of phosphorus and potassium was higher in all varieties and the internal quality was better. There was significant difference in the growth of low-nitrogen burley tobacco varieties, but the difference of growth was weakened with the increase of nitrogen supply. JB80, KY17 strong affinity for nitrogen, B21 must be in high ammonia conditions to normal growth.
