通过正交试验探究了反应温度、催化剂硫酸浓度和水油相质量比(相比)对NPG收率的影响,结果表明,相比影响最大,而硫酸浓度和温度几乎没有影响.通过单因素实验对相比影响进行研究表明,随着相比的增加,NPG收率先迅速增加,然后逐渐平缓,回归得到收率(Y)与相比(X)之间的关系式为:Y=0.996 277-0.113 43/X+0.041 783ln(X/10)-0.003 246 8X.通过Aspen Plus软件对反应液浓缩工艺进行模拟计算和操作费用优化,结果表明,当采用单效精馏时最佳相比为4,采用双效精馏时最佳相比为6,双效精馏的操作费用比单效精馏减少29.0％.
