目的:分析疑难ABO血型标本的表型与相应等位基因。方法采用试管法检测32例患者及献血者的血清学表型,Sanger双碱基DNA分子测序方法检测ABO等位基因。结果32例ABO血型亚型的表型中,A抗原性减弱、B抗原性减弱、AB抗原性减弱、CisAB和B(A)分别为7、4、8、6和7例;出现的等位基因有 A101、A102、A311、Ael、Ax02、Ax13、Bw03、Bw11、O01、O02、CisAB01、CisAB08、B(A)02和B(A)04等。结论血清学方法对疑难ABO血型,尤其是亚型的鉴定存在一定的局限性,血型基因测序分析的方法可以较好地厘清血清学模糊的定型结果。“,”Objective To analyze the phenotype and corresponding allele of blood samples with difficult ABO blood group .Methods The tube method was used to determine the serological phenotypes of 32 blood samples from patients and donors .The double‐base DNA molecule sequencing method of Sanger was adopted to detect the ABO allele .Results Of 32 phenotypes of ABO blood subtype ,A antigenicity reducing ,B antigenicity reducing ,AB antigenicity reducing ,CisAB and B (A ) were detected in 7 ,4 ,8 ,6 and 7 cases ,respectively .The allele appeared at A101 ,A102 ,A311 ,Ael , Ax02 ,Ax13 ,Bw03 ,Bw11 ,O01 ,O02 ,CisAB01 ,CisAB08 ,B (A )02 and B (A )04 ,etc .Conclusion Serological method is limited to identify the rare ABO phenotypes ,especially for the subtypes .Genetic sequencing method can distinguish the confused identification results reported by serological method .
