在实验室条件下研究了Na_2CO_3对硼铁矿含碳球团还原熔分行为、脱硫率以及熔分富硼渣性能的影响。Na_2CO_3在一定程度上可以提高硼铁矿含碳球团的还原速率。随着Na_2CO_3配比的增加,含碳球团的熔分效果逐渐变差,主要原因在于Na_2CO_3会显著提高富硼渣的熔点,导致球团难以熔分。当球团中Na_2CO_3的质量分数从0增加至6%时,珠铁中的硫含量(质量分数)逐渐从0.27%降低至0.084%。与此同时,缓冷富硼渣的萃取率从86.46%降低至59.52%。实验结果表明,Na_2CO_3的加入会对硼铁矿含碳球团的熔分效果和富硼渣中硼的提取产生不利影响。
The effect of Na_2CO_3 on the reduction smelting behavior, desulfurization rate and the performance of boron-rich slag was studied under laboratory conditions. Na_2CO_3 to a certain extent, can improve the rate of reduction of carbonaceous pellets of ferroboron. With the increase of Na_2CO_3 ratio, the melting effect of carbon-containing pellets gradually deteriorates. The main reason is that Na_2CO_3 can significantly increase the melting point of boron-rich slag, resulting in the pellets being difficult to melt. When the mass fraction of Na_2CO_3 in pellets increases from 0 to 6%, the content of sulfur (mass fraction) in the beads decreases gradually from 0.27% to 0.084%. In the meantime, the extraction rate of slow-cooling boron-rich slag decreased from 86.46% to 59.52%. The experimental results show that the addition of Na_2CO_3 will adversely affect the melting effect of boron-bearing pellets and the boron extraction from boron-rich slag.
