中式烹饪面临的机遇、挑战及可持续发展的对策

随着我国社会经济的发展,国民生活质量的提高,中式烹饪技术也在不断发展完善。但是面对西式餐饮的风潮,中式烹饪为了能继续稳定其在餐饮文化中的地位,需要不断推陈出新,对西餐中可取的精华则吸取,对其糟粕则剔除。本文从中式烹饪面临的机遇和挑战开篇,提出了中式烹饪可持续发展的对策。当前,我国中式烹饪面临着来自西式餐饮的挑战。中式烹饪在我国经济发展的热潮下,有了很大的发展空间,国际市场空前巨大。中式烹饪需要对自身存在的问题不断改进,对“老字号” With the development of our country’s society and economy and the improvement of the quality of life of the Chinese people, Chinese cooking techniques are also constantly developing and perfecting.
