目的 探讨曲面体层牙科X射线摄影入射体表剂量测量方法以及受检者剂量分布特征。方法 用理论方法导出牙科全景摄影入射体表剂量的分布函数形式以及峰值剂量与平均剂量之间的关系 ,并同调查实测结果进行比较。结果 实测结果与理论计算结果在± 30 %内相符合。牙科全景摄影和口内片摄影受检者ESD分布均为正态函数 ,平均值和标准差分别为 :(3 89± 0 77)mGy和 (1 91± 0 37)mGy。结论 牙科X射线全影摄影的峰值剂量可作为剂量约束的控制量 ,中心轨迹平均剂量可由峰值剂量导出
OBJECTIVE To investigate the method of surface dose measurement and the dose distribution characteristics of the surface body by using the dental X-ray photography. Methods The distribution function of the total body dose of dental panoramic photography and the relationship between the peak dose and the average dose were derived theoretically and compared with the survey results. Results The measured results agree well with the theoretical results within ± 30%. The ESD distributions of dental panoramic photography and intraoral films were normal functions with mean and standard deviation of (3 89 ± 0 77) mGy and (1 91 ± 0 37) mGy, respectively. Conclusion The peak dose of dental X-ray full-shadow photography can be used as the dose control dose, and the average dose of central trajectory can be derived from the peak dose
