从机床的振动响应出发,探讨相对原点模态动柔度方法在机床模态分析中应用的可能性,以及该方法在卧式加工中心模态实验中应用的有效性.结果表明,在机床振动中并非每一阶主振型都会对加工质量构成较大影响,提高机床抗振性主要是减少刀具与工作台之间的相对振动即相对动柔度和提高优势模态频率.
Starting from the vibration response of the machine tool, the possibility of applying the relative origin modal flexibility method to the modal analysis of the machine tool and the effectiveness of the method in the modal experiment of the horizontal machining center are discussed. The results show that not every vibration mode of the machine tool has a great influence on the machining quality. To improve the vibration resistance of the machine tool is to reduce the relative vibration between the tool and the worktable, that is to say, relative dynamic flexibility and to improve the dominant mode frequency.
