通过数值模拟对某钢厂新设计的4机4流大方坯连铸机的不同结构的中间包进行钢液流场、流动特性及温度场的研究,并以此优化出最佳控流装置。研究结果表明,为满足4流大方坯中间包对流场的要求,采用最佳方案(湍流控制器+带导流孔的“V”型挡渣墙+挡坝组合的控流方式),延长了近流水口响应时间及平均停留时间,各水口钢液的流动模式趋于一致,中间包内钢液的流动特征得到明显改善,各流钢液的最大温差缩小到4K,温度均匀。
The flow field, flow characteristics and temperature field of molten steel were studied by numerical simulation of different configurations of the 4-strand 4-strand bloom caster newly designed by a steel mill, and the optimal flow control device was optimized. The results show that in order to meet the requirement of 4-flow bloom tundish convection field, the optimal scheme (turbulence controller + flow control with “V” type slag retaining wall + dam combination) , Which prolongs the response time and average residence time of near-flow nozzle. The flow patterns of molten steel in each nozzle tend to be consistent. The flow characteristics of molten steel in tundish have been significantly improved. The maximum temperature difference of each molten steel is reduced to 4K and the temperature is uniform.
