采用金相、X射线衍射及电子探针等分析方法,研究了铂-铝涂层热腐蚀前后的涂层组织及抗热腐蚀性能,渗铝温度不同所得涂层组织及性能也不尽相同,铂-铝涂层的抗热腐蚀性能明显优于铝化物涂层.
The microstructure and thermal corrosion resistance of the coating before and after the hot corrosion of the platinum-aluminum coating were studied by metallographic, X-ray diffraction and electron probe analysis. The microstructure and properties of the coatings obtained by different aluminizing temperatures were also different. The hot-corrosion resistance of the platinum-aluminum coating is significantly better than that of the aluminide coating.
