Accurate determination of ore loss rate and depletion rate in the mining of metal deposits is one of the important tasks of mine surveyors and geologists. This paper intends to use maximum likelihood method to determine the ore loss and dilution accuracy problems are discussed. Improprieties, earnestly comrades criticize correction. (1) The Maximum Likelihood Estimation and Accuracy of Basic Parameters for Calculating Ore Loss and Pillenization The Maximum Likelihood Method is applied to a sample with a normal distribution with unknown parameters μ and σ ~ 2. The sample variance :estimate
