十年改革,促进了全国企业管理的发展,对外开放,又为我们学习和借鉴国外的先进管理经验提供了机会。因此,我国企业管理明显地出现了以下十个方面的发展变化:(1) 企业经营思想从适应产品经济的封闭型向适应社会主义商品经济的开放型转变。(2) 企业经营机制由缺乏生机向增强活力的方向转变。(3) 企业领导人员由行政型向企业家转变。(4) 企业领导体制由党委一元化领导向厂长负责制转变。(5) 企业组织由单一形态向多元化转变。(6) 管理重点从着重对物的管理向“以人为中心”的现代化管理转变。(7) 质量管理由单纯的质量检验向全面质量管理转变。(8) 管理技术由传统型向科学化、现代化转变。(9) 战略规划由单纯完成国
