关于90年代经济增长的目标80年代,我国是世界上经济增长最快的少数几个国家之一,在大国中则是增长最快的。80年代国民生产总值年平均增长率,发达资本主义国家为2.9%,发展中国家和社会主义国家为3%,全世界平均不到3%,我国明显高于这个速度。改革开放和经济的快速增长,使我国经济面貌发生了显著变化。从1978年到1989年,按可比价格计算:国民生产总值增长1.6倍,平均每年增长9.1%,农业总产值平均每年增长5.9%,农村经济获得全面发展,工业总产值,包括乡及乡以上企业,增长2倍以上,平均每年增长12.4%,主要工业品产量除石油等少数产品外,已提前超额完成“七五”计划规定的指标,全社会固定资产投资总额超过前26年的总和;进出口贸易总额增长4.4倍,年均增长16.6%以上;人民实际消费水平明显提
On the Goals of Economic Growth in the 90s China was one of the few countries in the world with the fastest economic growth in the 1980s and the fastest-growing among the major powers. The average annual growth rate of gross national product in the 1980s was 2.9% in developed capitalist countries, 3% in developing countries and socialist countries, and less than 3% in the world averagely. Our country is obviously higher than this rate. The rapid economic growth and the reform and opening up have brought about significant changes in the economic outlook of our country. From 1978 to 1989, at comparable prices: the gross national product (GNP) increased by 1.6 times, with an average annual increase of 9.1%; the total agricultural output value increased by 5.9% annually on average; and the rural economy achieved all-round development. The gross industrial output value, Enterprises, more than doubled, with an average annual increase of 12.4%. The major industrial products except for a few products such as oil have surpassed the target set in the “Seventh Five-year Plan” in advance and the total investment in fixed assets in the whole society exceeded the sum of the previous 26 years.
