应用性信息素防治松毛虫在国外已有报道,被称为“第三代农药”。可以用来进行测报、诱杀、迷向等防治,减少农药施用次数或不施农药。此法具有不污染环境、保护天敌、保持自然生态平衡等优点。所以,应用性信息素是防治松毛虫的发展方向。我们依据马尾松毛虫性信息素是由三种组份(E.A.G)构成的系统之理论,设想以此对浊、赤松毛虫进行活性试验,试图找出它们的性信息素。我们用炔化物和Wittig反应的综合路线(基本为北京动物所路线),在1981年下半年开始进行合成,1982年三月合成出样品。经北京动物所分析、测定为三种组份(Z5E7)——十二碳二烯醇,(Z5E7)——十二碳二烯醇乙酸酯,(Z5E7)——十二
Application of pheromone prevention and control of pine caterpillars have been reported in foreign countries, known as “the third generation of pesticides.” It can be used for forecasting, trapping and killing.
