校园文化是学校建设发展的灵魂。西部地区高职院校由于受到地域、经济发展等多方面因素的影响,其校园文化建设呈现内涵欠缺、特色不明显、投入不足等问题。铜仁职业技术学院,从建设本校校园文化的内涵着手,围绕“文化、职业、三农”等要素丰富校园文化,以做“特”精神文化、做“精”活动文化、做“新”制度文化和做“优”环境文化为途径,打造其富有特色的校园文化。 Campus culture is the soul of school construction and development. Due to the influence of many factors, such as geographical and economic development, higher vocational colleges in western China have many problems such as lack of connotation, insignificant features and inadequate input in their campus culture construction. Tongren Vocational and Technical College started from the connotation of building campus culture in our school and enriched the campus culture around such elements as culture, occupation and agriculture, rural areas and farmers to make “fine” spiritual culture and culture of “fine” activities.
