目的探讨嗜人按蚊是否存在亚种(或地理株)。方法应用随机引物聚合酶链反应技术(RP-PCR),选用3种引物对嗜人按蚊江苏株、广西株、广东株的DNA扩增片段进行分析并以中华按蚊江苏株作对照。结果中华按蚊和嗜人按蚊的扩增条带存在明显差别,3种引物对嗜人按蚊江苏株、广西株和广东株的扩增图谱均存在明显差异。结论 RP-PCR显示嗜人按蚊江苏株、广西株和广东株之间存在差异,但这种差异在嗜人按蚊种或种下分类上的意义有待进一步分析。
Objective To investigate the existence of subspecies (or geographic strains) of Anopheles anthropophagus. Methods Random amplified polymorphic DNA polymerase chain reaction (RP-PCR) was used to analyze the amplified DNA fragments of an anopheles anthropophagus, Jiangsu strain, Guangxi strain and Guangdong strain using 3 primers. Results The amplification bands of Anopheles sinensis and Anopheles anthropophagus were significantly different. There were significant differences among the three primers in amplifying the amplified bands of Jiangsu, Guangxi and Guangdong strains of Anopheles anthropophagus. Conclusion The results of RP-PCR showed that there were differences between the anopheles anthropophagus Jiangsu strains, Guangxi strains and Guangdong strains. However, the significance of this difference in the classification of Anopheles anthropophagus or its species remains to be further analyzed.
