首先用正交实验法探讨了在微波辐射下竹浆次氯酸钠单段漂白的最佳工艺条件,然后在同样的工艺条件下进行水浴加热漂白。结果表明,微波辐射用于竹浆次氯酸钠漂白的最佳工艺条件为:微波辐射功率480W,辐射时间2min,次氯酸钠用量9%,氢氧化钠用量1%,浆料浓度12%。在此条件下纸浆白度可达72.9%ISO;而在相同条件下,传统水浴加热则需要90min才能达到此白度。因此,微波辐射竹浆漂白可以提高生产效率、节约能源和减少环境污染。
First of all, orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the optimum conditions of single-phase bleaching of bamboo pulp sodium hypochlorite under microwave irradiation and then heated in a water bath under the same process conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditions of microwave irradiation for sodium hypochlorite bleaching were microwave power 480 W, radiation time 2 min, sodium hypochlorite 9%, sodium hydroxide 1% and slurry 12%. In this condition, the whiteness of the pulp can reach 72.9% ISO; under the same conditions, the traditional water bath heating takes 90 minutes to reach this whiteness. Therefore, bamboo fiber bleaching with microwave radiation can increase production efficiency, save energy and reduce environmental pollution.
