目的 建立一种反相液相色谱法用于新复方制剂中川芎嗪和阿司匹林含量的同时测定。方法 采用DiamonsilC18色谱柱 ,以甲醇 -1 5%醋酸 (3 5∶65,V V ,pH =3 1)为流动相 ,流速为 1 0mL·min- 1。结果 色谱测定可在 12min内完成。苯甲酸为内标。在标示量 80 -12 0 %的范围内 ,川芎嗪和阿司匹林的回收率范围分别为 99 6-10 0 3 %和 99 9-10 1 3 %。川芎嗪和阿司匹林的线性范围分别为 2 5 0 -3 0 0 0 μg·mL- 1(r=0 9999,n =5)和 12 5-150 9μg·mL- 1(r=0 9997,n =5)。结论 本法可用于复方制剂中川芎嗪和阿司匹林含量的同时测定
Objective To establish a reversed phase liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of tetramethylpyrazine and aspirin in new compound preparations. Methods Diamonsil C18 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-5% acetic acid (35:65, V V, pH = 31) at a flow rate of 10 mL · min-1. Results The chromatographic determination was completed in 12 minutes. Benzoic acid is the internal standard. The recoveries of ligustrazine and aspirin were 99 6-10 0 3% and 99 9-10 1 3%, respectively, in the range of 80% -12 0%. The linear range of tetramethylpyrazine and aspirin were 2550-3000 μg · mL -1 (r = 0 9999, n = 5) and 125-150 μg · mL -1 (r = 0 9997, n = 5). Conclusion This method can be used for the simultaneous determination of tetramethylpyrazine and aspirin in compound preparations
