设计制作适用于小型脉冲管制冷机上的高温超导混频实验测量系统 ,并对其制冷量进行了理论上的估算和实际测量。在该系统上成功实现了高温超导YBCO/YSZ双晶结的 8mm波段的混频 ,其中最高谐波次数达 36次。
Design and manufacture of high-temperature superconducting mixing experimental measurement system for small pulse tube refrigerator, and theoretical calculation and actual measurement of its cooling capacity. In this system, the 8mm band mixing of high temperature superconducting YBCO / YSZ twin junction has been successfully achieved, of which the highest harmonic order reaches 36 times.
