医院中心档案室的职能是保证医院文件的及时、规范归档,同时提供方便查询的服务。随着时代的发展,社会信息化程度越来越高,对医院档案管理工作提出了更高的要求。档案室自身管理的规范化、标准化是确保档案收集的全面性、归档编目的科学性及查找利用的高效性的重要基础。采用整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养5个项目的现场管理法(5S管理),推进医院中心档案室规范化管理,有助于提高档案管理人员工作积极性,提高工作效率,提升管理品质。
The function of the hospital archives is to ensure the timely and standardized filing of hospital documents and to provide convenient inquiries. With the development of the times, the degree of social informatization is getting higher and higher, putting forward higher requirements on the hospital archives management.
