一、前言我公司生产的55Si2Mn和60Si2 Mn钢坯,在低倍检验时,发现试片上有1~20多条锯齿形裂纹。我们在低倍、断口等常规检验的基础上,作了超声波探伤、白点低倍试片连续切片观察、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,结果表明,这种锯齿形裂纹就是白点。进一步弄清了弹簧钢坯中白点的宏观和微观特征。这对深入研究白点的产生和指导生产实践都是很有意义的。二、方法取生产检验中初评为白点1.0~1.5级的5炉60Si2Mn,其中68mm方坯4炉、60mm方坯1炉。每炉任取2根试料,每根长1.5m。检验项目为:超声波探伤;横向酸
