化工制碱设备的蒸汽锻烧炉中,有300余根蒸汽加热管,它是由螺旋翅片缠在无缝钢管上焊接而成。由于部件较长,数量多,翅片的缠绕难度又很大,用手工及其它方法均无法满足技术要求,并且不能保证产品质量。为此,我们按照施工现场实际情况,设计了一套自动缠绕装置(见图2)。 Chemical soda production equipment in the steam calcination furnace, there are more than 300 steam heating pipe, which is wrapped by the spiral fin welded seamless steel pipe.
