云南“滇瑞409”雄性不育系花粉母细胞减数分裂过程分裂相明显不同步,毡绒层细胞解体较正常,略有推迟,故至成熟花粉期时,形态上可育的花粉只占21.68%。由于开花后花药迟迟不能开裂,开花四小时后检查,花药开裂率只66.67%,只有49%的柱头授粉,授粉数平均只5.5粒/柱头,加上花粉萌发率低(18.03%),且萌发不正常,几乎所有的花粉不能受精。隔离栽培的结果,在广州不实率为97.48%,在云南瑞丽为99.49%,故该不育系的选育是成功的。材料与方法“滇瑞409”雄性不育系种子由云南省农业科学院瑞丽稻作站提供,于1980、1981年分二期播种于广州师范学院实验园地。80
The cleavage phase of pollen mother cell meiosis in Yunnan “Dianrui 409” male sterile line was obviously out of sync. The disintegration of the melon mother cell was normal and slightly postponed. Therefore, at mature pollen stage, morphologically fertile pollen accounted for only 21.68%. After anthesis, the rate of anther dehiscence was only 66.67%. Only 49% stigma pollination, average number of pollination was only 5.5 grains / stigma, and pollen germination rate was low (18.03%). Germination is not normal, almost all of the pollen can not be fertilized. The result of isolation cultivation was 97.48% in Guangzhou and 99.49% in Ruili, Yunnan, so the breeding of CMS was successful.
