在气力输送过程中,由于负载的变化或生产管理不当,而使风网风量波动较大,因而造成生产不稳定和动耗增加.人们曾提出用自动调风阀加以控制,但目前所采用的控制装置由于存在不同的缺陷,未能如愿.本文介绍的是一种利用流体力学及控制原理研制新型自动调风阀的设计方法.该装置经实验室实验,效果较好.
In the process of pneumatic conveying, due to the change of load or improper production management, the air volume of wind net fluctuates greatly, resulting in the instability of production and the increase of dynamic consumption.It has been proposed to control with the automatic air regulating valve, but at present, Because of the existence of different defects, the control device failed to do so.This paper introduces a new method of designing a new type of automatic damper with fluid mechanics and control principle.The experimental results show that the device works well.
