Thl7细胞是一类独立于Thl、Th2的CD4 T细胞亚群,Th17主要表达IL-23R、IL-17A、IL-17F、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子、ccL6和a3整合素等,其中IL-17是最重要的效应因子,能介导前炎症反应,参与自身免疫性疾病的发生发展;Thl细胞主要产生IL-2、肿瘤坏死因子和IFN-γ,可引起迟发型超敏反应,活化巨噬细胞及有效的清除细胞内的病原体。文章就IL-17和IFN-γ在胶原诱导性关节炎中发挥的重要作用及作用机制和两种新型自身免疫疾病的治疗方案作一综述。
Th17 cells are a subset of CD4 T cells independent of Th1 and Th2. Th17 mainly expresses IL-23R, IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor, ccL6 and a3 integrins, 17 is the most important effector, which can mediate the proinflammatory response and participate in the development of autoimmune diseases. Thl cells mainly produce IL-2, tumor necrosis factor and IFN-γ, which can cause delayed type hypersensitivity, Phagocytes and effective removal of intracellular pathogens. The article reviews the important role and mechanism of IL-17 and IFN-γ in collagen-induced arthritis and the treatment options of two new autoimmune diseases.
