在与多名初中数学老师的沟通过程中,我发现大多数的数学教师常常会相互之间抱怨同一个问题——那就是自己教的辛苦,孩子们学习的效率却一直很低下。这个话题已经成为了老师们在教学时的头号难题,作为一名一线的初中数学老师,我也深深的受到这个问题困扰。为了优化当前的教学效率,我开始注重改变教学方法,希望能够探索出一条新的教学之路。本文里,我将就注重对学生们的“学法”指导的内容,与大家分享我在提升教学有效性的一些心得。
In my communication with many junior high school math teachers, I found that most math teachers often complain about the same issue with each other - that is, the hard work they teach themselves, and the efficiency of their children’s learning has been low. This topic has become the number one problem for teachers in teaching. As a first-line middle school math teacher, I am deeply troubled by this problem. In order to optimize the current teaching efficiency, I began to focus on changing teaching methods, hoping to explore a new teaching method. In this article, I’ll share my thoughts on improving the effectiveness of teaching by focusing on the students’ “learning method” guidance.
