用互补于幽门螺杆菌(HP)脲酶C基因序列的两组寡核苷酸引物,建立了检测HP的套式聚合酶链反应方法,两轮PCR扩增分别产生664bp和301bp的特异DNA片段,灵敏度分别可达100fg和1fg细菌DNA。此方法可快速、灵敏、特异地检出各种临床样品中的HP,是一种非常有用的分子流行病学研究工具。
Two sets of oligonucleotide primers complementary to the sequence of HP urease C gene were used to establish a nested polymerase chain reaction method for detecting HP. Two rounds of PCR amplification yielded specific DNA fragments of 664bp and 301bp respectively, Sensitivity up to 100fg and 1fg bacterial DNA. This method can be quickly, sensitive and specific detection of various clinical samples of HP, is a very useful tool for molecular epidemiology.
